Bodypump class at Gold's.

Bodypump class = sweat+soreness.


Crazy exercise of the class: Take a step from step class go into plank with your toes on the step and your forearms on the floor, and hold the pose. Walk forearms forward 2-3 "steps" and hold, walk forearms back. Hold pose again. Repeat three times. 5 hours later I still have sore abs.
