Saturday, June 25th

Good time today at the gym. Had to stay focused as I had limited time. I managed to get it all in, even squeezed in a few extra sets. Working out before work definitely not as good as after. Well, you gotta do what you gotta do, right? Today was good food day. Cutting out bad food makes eating the right number of calories harder I think. Weird huh? No more take-out, fried stuff, high carb/bad carb. Getting a lot of calories from protein and low carb stuff is no so easy. Positive results though! Personal moment of pride: No soda in 2 weeks! Not one drop. Nice...

  1. May I suggest a riff on the contents of soda one day? Perhaps a little photo shoot of the ingredients?
