Sunday, June 26th

Really feeling like I am getting into a rhythm. In to the gym, warm up with some cardio, hit the weights, cool down with some more cardio, shower and home. Sneak a class in there every now and then. Easy right? Yikes, tired and sore in a good way though. Eating much better, esier and easier to watch what goes in. Half the battle. Better decisions. It's what it's all about.
